We make every effort to source the best products in terms of performance and quality, and would like you to get 100% satisfaction from them.
If you're unhappy with your purchase for whatever reason, we'll offer you a credit note for the full amount paid, minus shipping. Just send us an email at hello@twoburds.com to start the process.
Some basic conditions for exchange or return:
You can return your item within 7 days of purchase (or receipt, for online orders) for an exchange or credit note.
Sale items purchased cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returned items must be unworn/unused and in the full original undamaged packaging.
Return postage is at your expense, and we will not be responsible for items lost in the post, so please return your items by a registered service.
Please make sure the goods are packaged properly to avoid damage in transit.
All goods will be inspected upon return.
Once everything has been approved, we will send you a credit note for the amount you paid for the item, minus our shipping costs. If you require an exchange, shipping costs will be borne by you.
